Todd Kelm (a.k.a. The Swine/Boss-Man Extraordinaire) has 27 years experience in the automotive repair industry. He is an ASE certified Master Automobile Technician. He is also Gretchen's dad.

Mike Lapayese (a.k.a. Just Mike/The Tow Truck Guy) has over 12 years experience in the automotive repair industry.  He is our Service Manager and an ASE certified Automobile Technician.

Jeff Kowalski (a.k.a. The Top Dog/The Magic Man) has 20 years experience in the automotive repair industry. He is an ASE certified Master Automobile Technician.

Karl Kelm (a.k.a. Hot Karl) is just old.

Victor Ancheta (a.k.a. Julio Pedro Esteban Miguel Carlos de le Concepcion de la Paz) has over 14 years experience in the automotive repair industry. 

Leah Burnette (a.k.a. Shop Mistress) has no experience whatsoever in the automotive repair industry. She's the admin queen.

Keg Fridge (a.k.a. The Kegerator) joined the Gretchen's team in February, 2008. She's cold as hell but always ready to fill your cup. She is currently stocked with Newcastle.
